A Letter From George & Cait
Welcome — we are so grateful to have you as part of our family, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support. Piazza Presto was established in June 2008 as the sister restaurant of Valley Forge Trattoria, and has been a cherished gem in the Limerick community ever since.
How We Met
Our story began when we crossed paths working at George's uncle's restaurant in Phoenixville. Caitlin grew up going there with her family, then started working there as her first job. Our shared passion for food, hospitality, and connecting with people quickly brought us together.
In 2017, we took the leap to become the proud owners of Piazza Presto — and parents — at the same time. Balancing business ownership with raising a young family has been a rewarding adventure, and a journey we fully appreciate, constantly learning and growing with our boys right alongside us.
George's Story
George moved to the United States from Greece in 1997 to pursue the American dream — to come to school here and build something for himself. He attended West Chester University and later earned a degree in finance while working at his uncle's restaurant.
He has always been drawn to the world of food. Growing up in his family's café business in Greece, George learned the art of hospitality early on — delivering ice on his bike, perfecting the craft of coffee, and helping his father's business. That deep love for food, family, and connection continues to inspire everything we do at Piazza Presto.

We're all about bringing people together over great food. Inspired by our Greek heritage, we see a meal as a way to celebrate and nourish the soul — and we invite you to share in the experience, stories, and warmth of our table. We love that we get to be that place for you.
Whether you're enjoying your favorite pizza on a Friday night, celebrating something special, or making one of your regular visits, we're grateful you've chosen to dine with us. We love seeing you all weekly and watching your families grow — being part of the big moments and the small ones.
As a BYOB establishment, we invite you to bring your favorite wine or spirit to pair with your meal. You bring the bottle — we'll take care of the rest. Cheers.
